Instructions
Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Set Up the Breading Station: Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a third bowl. Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cook the Fries: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the frozen fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Season with salt or your preferred seasoning after cooking.
Cook the Fish: Increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C). Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the coating is golden and crispy and the fish is cooked through.
Serve: Plate the crispy fries alongside the fish fillets. Serve with tartar sauce, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce. Optionally, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

-
Do Not Overcrowd: Cook fries and fish in batches if needed to ensure even crisping.
-
Extra Crunch: Use a perforated liner in the air fryer basket for airflow.
-
