Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub

You will wonder how you ever lived without it!  Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub is a proprietary blend of brown sugar, paprika, garlic and spices that is perfect for marinating and BBQ – even popcorn and salads. Great on Ribs, Pork, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Venison, Beans, Pasta, Vegetables, Steaks… just about anything.

Bone Suckin’ Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 3 oz.
  • Spareribs,5 lbs.,3 racks

Instructions:

For Dry Ribs:

  1. Coat both sides of ribs evenly. Cover and marinate 4 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Cook in covered dish in oven at 300˚ for 3 hours. Uncover, coat top of ribs with additional rub and let cook for 1 more hour.
  3. For WET Ribs: During last hour coat with favorite flavor of Bone Suckin' Sauce.
  4. On GRILL: Same as above, but wrap in foil for first 3 hours and open foil during last hour.

Bone Suckin’ Rack Of Lamb Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 3 Tbsp.
  • Rack of Lamb, approximately 2 lbs.
  • Optional* Honey and fresh garlic

Instructions

  1. Score back of rack in crisscross pattern, using sharp knife.
  2. Optional* Cover rack of lamb with honey and fresh garlic.
  3. Cover rack with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub.
  4. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Grill on indirect heat or cook in oven at 500° for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until lamb reaches 135°-140° internal temperature.
