In Memphis, you don't mess around with a good BBQ, and we've stayed true to the flavors that best represent Memphis barbecuing. Our dry rub is filled with all the spices and flavors that will help you attain BBQ perfection. This blend is full of sweet and savory spices with a mild heat.

Common Ways to Consume

This blend will become your go-to barbecuing secret ingredient. It is the perfect combination of flavor for any type of grilling, and is especially tasty with burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, briskets, and more.

Recipe: Pulled Pork Sandwich

  • 6 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 6 - 8 kaiser rolls
  • 1 tbsp. garlic cloves (minced), 1 yellow onion (chopped), 2 jalapeños (chopped) & 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp. Spice Hut Memphis BBQ & Salt to taste
  • 18 oz. BBQ sauce

Recipe: Pulled Pork Sandwich

1. In a crock-pot, combine pork, garlic, onion, jalapeño and water. Add Spice Hut Memphis BBQ.

2. Cover crock-pot and set to High for 6 hours.

3. Once done, drain water from crock-pot and shred pork.

4. Add BBQ sauce and mix until evenly coated.

5. Serve on kaiser roll along with your favorite toppings!
